The process gives you the ability to grant access to individual participants enabling them to submit rooming lists, payment information, special requests, etc.Housing Providers/Hotels:The Lodging Company handles all rate, complimentary room and room rebate negotiations on behalf of event planners. Additionally, we keep real-time information on all room blocks, individual requests, rooming lists and payment information. On a predetermined date The Lodging Company transfers all necessary information to process the order.
