The Mane Event is a family owned enterprise that has been in business since 2004 when the first Mane Event, Equine Education and Trade Fair was held at Heritage Park in Chilliwack, BC. What originally started as a small event has grown incredibly to two large expos – one at Heritage Park in Chilliwack, BC every October and one at Westerner Park in Red Deer, Alberta every April. The Red Deer expo is the largest equine expo in Canada and the Chilliwack expo is the largest equine event in BC. The expos attract horse enthusiasts from all over BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Washington, Oregon and have even attracted visitors from the Maritimes, the Yukon and Northwest Territories, Ontario, New York State, and the South western United States. The objective of the Mane Event is to encourage riders and horse owners to expand their knowledge and maybe even try a new discipline.We have had the pleasure to work with many of the top trainers and clinicians from Canada, the US and Australia.
