We are confident about this because we've spent a lot of our own time talking about it, and committing to it. We have an intention behind this name.Let's start by saying "Maonach'' is a real name. He is a small historical figure referred to in the Chronicle of Ireland. It is the origin of one of our founders' surname. Maonach was the abbot of a leading ecclesiastical center and a trusted advisor to the Kings of Leinster. References to Maonach are dated to the mid-9th century and focus on two attributes: wisdom and loyalty. As an advisory firm with a focus on helping leaders navigate this tumultuous period we find ourselves living through, we intentionally chose the Maonach name as a demonstration of our focus on wisdom and loyalty. Wisdom uncovers a path that can transform old organizational patterns into responsive, human systems fostering innovation and empowerment. While Loyalty to mission is required to realize that transformational vision.As advisors we see the wisdom to be yours, and that within your organization.
