A sustainable alternative to single use plastics was the goal behind starting The Market Bags. We create reusable produce, bulk, snack and grocery bags from upcycled cotton or hemp fabric. With so many plastics ending up in landfills and oceans, we've seen a need for a product that will last you a life time. The Market Bags are designed to withstand heavy use and are incredibly convenient. Throw them in your purse or car for those spontaneous grocery trips and you'll never need another flimsy plastic produce bag again. In addition to manufacturing and selling a planet friendly product, we wanted to give back to our community. Partial proceeds from all sales are donated to the Sustainable Nourishment Program through Mamas For Mamas. An organization helping women, children and families in need.
