The Matale Line is a social enterprise created to provide new thinking to social impact organizations. Our small cadre of strategists and creatives work around the world to provide an unprecedented level of engagement to a small group of client-partners, so they can create new pathways to success. Nonprofits are undergoing a kind of "chrysalis" process, in which everything—from operating models to leadership strategies, from fundraising to communications—is undergoing incredible change. Successful leadership through this process requires an integrated, systemic understanding of how all the organs in an organization must evolve—together. The greatest catalyst for that reinvention can be found in a recommitment to the sacred principles and values that gave the organization life in the first place.The Matale Line is purpose-built to help with that process.
