Two moms on a mission to help moms avoid the pitfalls they faced while navigating to and through motherhood. Lauren (RN-BSN, NICU RN, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner candidate (2022) + Megan (Background in developing marketing strategies for national brands & the tech brain behind the mission) recognized a void in maternal mental health support in both their personal and professional lives and created The Matrescence to fill the space that gap in education, empowerment, & resources. The Matrescence exists to help other women navigate their personal mental health and wellness experiences with motherhood while providing a private community to support, uplift, and empower one another.
