The Merle Group is a conglomerate of companies that is focused on bringing high end production services, as well as self produced concerts, providing exceptional experiences to our end users and audiences internationally. Within the group's portfolio is MCG Live which produces concerts and other special events imagined by our clients, our leadership and produced by a team of highly talented production designers and writers. MCG Live also brings an extensive lineup of services to its future friends and partners. The Merle Group has partnered with the Carlyle Group at Bethpage State Park, home of the USGA PGA Tour US open. Recognized by the PGA Tour for hosting both the US Open and the 2012 Barclays PGA Tournament events, it is important to the Merle Group to provide our clients with the best culinary experience coupled with exceptional entertainment value. The history of the Merle Group started with the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center and in 2004 with the management of the three renowned Cipriani Venues, 23rd street, 42nd street and 55 wall street. The group has a combined 50 years of experience producing concerts including the high profile Deutsche Bank Concert Series at 55 Wall Street, managing live events, and transforming event venues. The group's recent undertaking was the transformation of Pier 36 Basketball City into a huge success, attracting the attention of Google, YouTube, Blackberry, USA network and many others. Jonathan Miller was the brain behind the vision, now realized by the current ownership and their audio visual partner. Jonathan and his team was instrumental in the speedy reconstruction of the facility after being severely damaged by super storm sandy. Aiding the owner of Pier 36 Basketball City to rebuild expeditiously, and working diligently to reduce costly re-construction efforts, allowed the owner to honor previous contracts for pending events. This is a testament to Jonathan Miller and his team's dedication to our clients.
