We are an organization dedicated to providing information, techniques, and tools on the benefits that come with starting a mindfulness practice. Our main focus is to present this information to youths to help them cope with the everyday challenges they face. Our goal is to give everyone the ability to handle any situation that arises with equanimity – mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper.Scholarly research shows that a practice in mindfulness decreases stress and anxiety, increases attention, improves interpersonal relationships, strengthens compassion, and confers a host of other benefits. We cater our services to everyone who would like to start this journey, however we specialize in bringing the benefits of mindfulness to children and teens. We currently offer mini-sessions ideal for classroom environments and can be conducted in as little as 15 minutes twice a week for eight weeks. These mini-sessions can be adapted to be longer or shorter to fit easily into your classroom schedule and can be structured to focus on the specific needs of the students.
