I ran a small regional agency with two divisions, and 3 locations. I held roles from payroll, research/sourcing, recruiting, ops/IT management, with my final role being Senior Partner/COO. Our professional division offered RPO services, HR Consulting, Affirmative Action Plans, Direct Hire [Engineering, IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, etc] and Contract IT staffing and Staff Augmentation. Our temporary staffing division offered light industrial, clerical, heavy industrial and skilled trades. I worked with clients such as Sherwin Williams, Akzo Nobel, Becton Dickinson, Swagelok, Penske Logistics.After leaving, I began consulting in Change Management with a focus improving workplace culture and leadership development by way of coaching and mentoring.Since this time, I have helped people manage their uncertainty and fear during change, helping to improve communication and buy-in thus helping to mitigate resistance.What is the purpose of a Corporate Culture Advocate?The main role of a Corporate Culture Advocate in a company is to be receptive, impartial and listen to employees.
