We are a micro-roaster located in Springfield MA, part of the Gasoline Alley family. We use a fluid bed roaster, a newer technology in coffee roasting, that allows for a more even roast, consistent profiles and is more efficient at eliminating chaff carcinogens. Every bag of coffee that leaves our doors was individually roasted and made by hand for the customer to enjoy. We believe in providing the home consumer with freshly roasted, speciality coffee at a price they can afford. We search the globe for farmers, cooperatives and estates that are making impacts in their local communities. Our belief is that helping to further sustainable farming practices through direct trade coffees helps to build stronger local agriculture and economies. We are here to connect you with the farmers who grow your coffee. We want to build relationships that help you relate to everything that goes into your morning cup.
