Increasingly frustrated and stressed with the lack of support or useful advice from conventional healthcare, she began her own journey and discovery of functional medicine and soon stumbled across the power of nutrition. In a few short months of working with a nutritionist, Kelly saw more improvement in her symptoms than ever before. So life changing was this improvement, that she quit her job to study Naturopathic Nutrition.Alongside being a Nutritional Therapist, Kelly is also a yoga and meditation teacher, so you can expect a fully holistic approach to improving your health with a focus on healthy eating, improved physical fitness and positive mental wellbeing.
