We are a team of likeminded individuals with considerable experience in Design Education in the process of creating a New Art & Design School that will fully apply the values, ideals and techniques that we have created over more than twenty years in the world of teaching and designing. The aim of the school is to foster the talents of the designers and artists of the future by re-energising the original Art & Design school methodology as practised by the famous Bauhaus and Black mountain college and others before, making Design education drawing based again, focusing on Hand, Heart and Eye coordination.Current curriculum and finance constraints filter out the most creative individuals who's ideas break with convention. The New Art School intends to improve established routes into industry by placing skills such as drawing and hand, heart eye coordination at the centre of its curriculum. We will be combining these skills with cutting-edge contemporary teaching and learning methodologies as well as close collaboration with the creative industries.
