Within this very web friendly format, The Note Depot encourages both "one off" sellers as well as large distressed asset holders to make their inventories available offline at no cost to them. On the opposite side, small and large scale buyers are encouraged to fill out a specific Buyer Profile as well as sign an NDA and request a refreshable Drop Box link to those NPLs and Re-Performing assets that match their profile. Their cost is a very minimal flat fee per asset purchased. Joe DeSilva, Principal at The Note Depot is the active connection and makes every effort to offer fresh assets and only those by sellers who have been qualified to have all expected documents within their hands and all transfer chains in tact as well as any LOIs and Allonges.
