It was co-founded by Angela Carter and Deirdre Elphick-Moore, whose shared vision it is to partner with organisations to deliver superior quality people development initiatives that have a lasting positive impact on both individuals and the businesses they work in.Angela is an admitted attorney with a background in Mercantile Law. She facilitated adult learning for more than 17 years, both privately and at various tertiary institutions. She specialises in labour-related training, including labour law, disciplinary management and diversity. Deirdre Elphick-Moore, has an Honours Degree in Psychology and over 10 years of international experience in human capital management. She now focuses on personal and workplace effectiveness training and development. She is also a Nelson Mandela Bay Top 40 Under 40 achiever.The Office Coach team is further complemented by carefully chosen associated who are experts in their respective areas and who always deliver on the quality standard insisted on by the founders.
