Every willing young person in Israel who is not drafted into the army – has the right to contribute and volunteer. National Civic Service is a recognized, professional, and empowering platform for giving and volunteering. Because its alumni are expected to be involved, active, and self-reliant in their both their personal and communal lives, they will also contribute to the resilience and vitality of Israeli society.The Fund's Mission is to enable young people from marginalized groups in the population, who were not drafted into the army, to contribute to society and volunteer for quality National Civic Service that will help them integrate and achieve social-economic mobility.
