Our mission is to empower the community to become proactive agents of change, focusing on the multifaceted issues contributing to homelessness, and working together to create a path towards self-sufficiency for our homeless neighbors.In November 2015, our founders turned their passion for helping others into a mechanism for change helping one of Orange County's most vulnerable populations by inviting the community to join in monthly street outreach events rolling burritos and packing goodie bags for our homeless neighbors.From that point on, The Orange County Burrito Project became a means to empower individuals in the community to get to know their homeless neighbors and take matters into their own hands to be a part of the change they hope to see.Growing to triple our impact in our first year, for the years ahead, we dream bigger than just burritos and are focused on expanding Countywide with our sights set on developing the adequate infrastructure for our homeless neighbors.
