Ten years after the program won the "Outstanding Initiative / Result for the Advancement of Women in the Workplace" award at the EOWA Awards, it continues to accelerate the development of leadership skills of women within the predominantly male IT industry. * More than 350 women have participated in the 12 month Women in ICT Coaching Circles for EL1 women in IT in the APS, in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane. *Coaching and mentoring circles for women were launched in Department of Defence and in DSTG in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide and in Department of Home Affairs.*The Sydney University Vice Chancellor's Sponsorship Program was launched in September 2015, and the Professional Women's mentoring program launched in March 2016.* Other programs include the NRL womens mentoring program and Penrith City Council Mentoring Program for emerging leaders.
