PAEEP was established in 1999 as an environmental, non-profit, community-based and a non-governmental association. PAEEP seeks to enhance the environmental awareness of the Palestinian community. Also, its conduct and implement projects and activities that tackle various environmental and public health problems that are precipitated in the Gaza Strip and West Bank. PAEEP activities usually visualized according to the needs of the local society. Also, PAEEP works with teenagers, youth, women and other marginalized community groups in joint projects with concerned local and international association. PAEEP has advanced and grown in the past years and gained a wide experience by implementing a variety of projects in the sectors of health, environment, education and agriculture---etc.
