THE PAPER NAPKIN is a free digital publication made by and for restaurant industry workers in the Boston, MA area. We come together to support and uplift the local arts community of past and present industry workers while providing an open platform for all from emerging to established. We will continue to push for much needed changes within industry standards for all workers- with an emphasis on advocating for our BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ co-workers, friends, and collectives. This publication serves to be a place for conversations about workers' rights, fair wages, education, and support. We yearn to celebrate, with all of you, the good in our industry while understanding and listening to the multitudes of narratives it contains.
