We are The Patate. A mix of centuries old French cuisine, and modern street food. Just like generations before us, we care about the quality of our food, quality of the products we use, and quality of the experience we give. We slow-cook our beef in a special blend of spices and juices for four hours with fresh vegetables until we have crafted the precise flavour that makes our burgers so unique. Many hours were spent perfecting our beef Bourguignon recipe, searching for the right spices, the perfect juices and the best cooking techniques. And only when we agreed that it was complete, did we offer it to the world. The adventure began amongst the mouthwatering aromas and flavours of the street food stalls at Camden Market in 2015. We loved the feeling we got travelling to different food markets and how comfortable we felt trying new foods. Our goal was to give people high-quality, amazing burgers at a reasonable price. The Patate has allowed us to take French cuisine back to its roots as a way to bring people together and make them smile.As we have grown from one small stall in a market to multiple locations and full restaurants, we always want to keep the high-quality product and still maintain that approachable feeling of our street vendor roots.
