Pedigree Database started out as a breeder tool and has ended as an open tool for breeders and dog enthusiasts all over the world. The information is open and modifiable by all users making everybody benefit from the joint effort.Because of its origin this website is broken up into subsections per breed, rather than countries or breeder topics (Breeders are primarily focused on their own breed). The main page for each breed is a pedigree name search rather than text search (i.e. searches for dog names within pedigrees)
