The PEER Group is a consulting company that specializes in evaluation, organizational leadership and development, and professional development with a focus on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) as it relates to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Our vision is to help organizations achieve ubiquitous inclusion (UI) so that JEDI principles become universal standards of practice inextricably linked to organizational excellence. Our mantra is also our strategy - ENGINEERING INCLUSIVE ENGINEERS®. We accomplish this by providing trainings to build awareness among stakeholders and to share evidence-based approaches for cultivating cultures of inclusion; assisting in the development of programs to support JEDI in STEM education and practice; and providing expertise to guide and support the identification, implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of initiatives focused on people who have been historically marginalized by and in STEM education and practice.Our services include training and professional development, external evaluation, meeting planning and facilitation, proposal development and strategic initiatives.
