The Pensions Advisory Service is part of the Money and Pensions Service. Our vision is to make pensions accessible and we do this by explaining and resolving pension issues for everyone. We deliver our service through a variety of channels including a telephone helpline, webchat, written enquiries, our website and information through traditional and social media. We also talk to people direct and raise awareness of our service through a community outreach programme, events, attending shows, and conference speaking opportunities. We also partner with organisations such as the Pensions Ombudsman, Citizens Advice Service, the Money Advice Service and Financial Ombudsman Service who refer customers to us. Our service is free to the public. It is delivered by team of both paid professional pensions experts and a nationwide network of volunteer professional advisers who are working or have worked in the pensions industry in roles that require a high level of technical knowledge. Our website and leaflets cover all aspects of pensions in the UK. We do not have statutory powers and do not provide investment advice. There are a number of ways to contact us.Call: 0800 011 3797Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)Email or web chat with us at www.pensionsadvisoryservice.org.uk The web chat service is available Monday to Friday (9am to 6:20pm) and Tuesdays (7pm to 9pm)Or write to us at:11 Belgrave RoadLondon SW1V 1RB
