Movement, strength, and flexibility, are the foundations of longevity and quality of life. Not everyone needs to have a double bodyweight squat, but we all want to be able to play with our grandkids pain free, go for a walk with our spouse, and enjoy a high quality of life for a long time. Flexibility, because we need to be able to move freely if we are going to be stronger and more resilient in our everyday. Strength, because muscle muss and strength is correlated with resilience and longevity later in life. Movement, because we should never stop learning how to move and use our bodies better.
