A Philly inspired mobile restaurant targeted at The French Quarter tourists, late night bar crowds, Loyola students, and attendees of sporting/concert and other crowd gathering events here in The Big Easy. The fact that I am mobile allows me the huge advantage of placing myself daily at "ground zero". I can bring my product to the action, instead of trying to lure the action to me. My wife and I are both culinary school graduates (myself from CIA, her from JWU) with over 30 years professional,hands on culinary experience between us. One thing that all of our experience has taught us is, that there is nothing in this world that can continuously satisfy customers as well as delicious food. Finally, another huge advantage to my mobile concept is that there is no monthly rent to pay, and the profit margin (charging $10 for a sandwich that costs $0.92 to make is a big deal. i am willing to return 20k over 36 months on a 10k investment
