The Philadelphia Prevention Partnership is a coalition of community partnerships sharing the common goal of preventing substance abuse (alcohol, tobacco and other drugs) in the long term throughout the city. The Partnership is building relationships between and among individuals, families, agencies, organizations and ethnicities; and, providing training and information. The Partnership is formed around the understanding that no single strategy or approach can possibly address the many factors which contribute to the development of these problems.
