Award winning gastro pub in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.The team believe in delivering traditional locally sourced produce, freshly cooked, daily. Provenance and seasonality are key elements in formulating the menu. The steak offer includes Châteaubriand, and Tomahawk for two to share, and on Sundays the meats are roasted throughout the day to ensure freshness and quality, hence being awarded The Best Sunday Roast in the UK 2012 and runner up in 2013. The range of ales is carefully sourced to complement the seasons, and has been Cask Marque accredited. A very comprehensive wine list with at least sixteen wines available by the glass, a fine wine section, and a stunning house wine completes every dining experience. The Phoenix has also been awarded Les Routiers Inn of the Year 2012 - 2013 and a Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor in 2013There is a weekly program of events, including The Monday Club (2 courses and a drink for £12.95), Tuesday's Mussels Night, Thursday's Steak Night and the very popular Champagne and oysters offer on Fizz Fridays.We serve food between 12pm and 3pm and 6pm and 10pm.
