Penny Phoenix is a speaker and motivator who teaches the tools of empathy to help leaders crack the code of their teams and learn how to understand and meet the needs of their people. A former swim instructor, Penny uses the skills that she learned talking three year olds into putting their face in to show leaders how to get the information they need from their teams in order to get them on board, and move forward. She is excellent at creating a warm and inviting environment for people to really dig in and find out how to maximize the strengths of their team.
