THE PICK RESTAURANT, the highly anticipated concept of long time restauranteur, Tim Griffin, is the new delicious gathering spot at 1 South Prospect Avenue, in Park Ridge. THE PICK will feature an American traditional menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a full bar, seven days a week. This neighborhood eatery will be a centerpiece in Park Ridge's Uptown District and the perfect location to grab a mouth-watering meal. The main dining area will seat one hundred guests and a private room will seat an additional forty diners or provide the perfect location for a private party or business event. THE PICK'S prime location will also make it a favored choice for theater goers – the ideal place to dine prior to enjoying an evening at the newly renovated Pickwick Theatre. THE PICK aspires to be a true hometown restaurant, and in an effort to support this goal, THE PICK plans to partner with local businesses and to support local organizations and charities on an ongoing basis. Look for teas from Tea Lula, vegetables and fruits from Garden on the Run, Dinner and a Show deals with The Pickwick Theatre, and a consistent effort to partner with other Park Ridge businesses and organizations to support the vibrancy of the local economy. To further the hometown feeling, Executive Chef, Dave Boehm, and his wife Ali are residents of Park Ridge and welcomed their first child this summer.
