I'm Dana — a Pittsburgh transplant from rural Pennsylvania who's lived here for over 10 years. I'm a graduate of Chatham University's Marketing and Communications program and have held various roles in sales and marketing for the better part of a decade. I began offering freelance marketing, PR and creative work on the side in 2018 and launched The Plain English Consultant as my full-time endeavor in early 2020.As The Plain English Consultant, I specialize in marketing and strategic communication for small businesses, nonprofits, artists and musicians.
