The Plant Details
The Plant is a New York City-based real estate development company that specializes in transformative adaptive-reuse projects. We are a leading-edge, solutions-oriented team of professionals with a global ambition to create the home for climate innovation and solutions. Once used to burn coal to electrify Grand Central Station, The Plant will become the epicenter of a positive global transformation – to combat the climate crisis and its ripple effect on the planet. The initial developments are housed in two historic properties located 30 minutes from New York City on the banks of the Hudson River, facing the scenic and historic New Jersey Palisades. The Plant is where the most innovative minds will come together under one roof to incubate new ideas, accelerate new initiatives, and attend retreats to address today's climate crisis. The facilities will house a Climate Solutions Incubator, Conference and Convening Spaces, and the Earth Data Observatory, each of which will be led by industry luminaries.
