Human rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behavior and are regularly protected in municipal and international law. At the forefront of the world's human rights movement, The Plantation Project works to change systems and conditions that cause human rights abuses. Founded by Steven Palange, a loving father, thriving businessman, and victim of injustice. The Plantation Project advocates for opportunities to advance complete freedom, justice, equality, and equity regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or another status. We engage all members of society in dialogue and action toward the root causes of social problems. The Plantation Project organizes campaigns, actions, and public awareness to build the capacity of the community and tribes. It builds alliances among Indigenous communities, tribes, indigenous organizations, people-of-color/ethnic organizations, faith-based and gender groups, youth, labor, and environmental organizations.
