The Platform–Knowledge Sharing The owner Teddy believes "more you share, more you get". Cumulated with a large connection network, Teddy gathered a selective group of his friends and affiliates to create a knowledge circle "The Platform" – a sharing platform with related professional knowledge for the friends of developers, RE professionals, CRE, facility manager and designer. Forum and presentation are regularly conducted for the interest of the circle friends to exchange new knowledge. As an independent consultant since 2011, Teddy worked with HK Parkview Group, as Tenant Space Consultant, for its new state-of-the-art technology building in Beijing. He focuses on optimizing the office tenants and retail brands spaces with better space efficiency, sustainability, productivity and brand identity. Teddy also work with the internal office and retail operation teams for Change Management to improve customer services and up sales operation. He is enriched with integrated facility management, strategic operation management, sales evaluation and strategy.
