We recruit, support and educate companies about the many benefits of hiring from the untapped workforce of people with disabilities. Through a supported employment marketplace we match the Companies with the large database of Job Seekers that experience disabilities on www.thepossibiltypool.com . Additionally we provide connections to support agencies and services to both the companies and job seekers to improve and sustain successful employment. www.thepossibilitypool.com is a combination of education, job matching, and community platform to increase access for all who are involved in positively impacting the 67% unemployment rate of people with disabilities.
