St John USA is the official branch of the Order of St John / St John International in the United States. The Order of St John is a major international humanitarian charity accredited to the United Nations, the branches of which provide health care and first responder services in over 40 nations around the world. Since 1960, St John USA has worked to actively support St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group which operates as the only charitable provider of eye care in Palestine and the West Bank. Additionally, our US members support veterans hospitals throughout the US through voluntary work.
