Instead of becoming the one in three African-American males or one in six Hispanic males who are incarcerated at some point in their lives, they become community leaders. 90% of Pro-Vision middle school graduates go on to receive high school diplomas, and after graduation 97% are employed, pursuing advanced degrees, attending a trade school or serving in the military.
