The Proof of The Pudding was founded back in 2001, it specialises in producing genuinely homemade baked & steamed puddings. What started as a baking hobby quickly grew and new premises within a traditional farmhouse enabling The Proof of The Pudding to focus on meeting consumers demands by fusing traditional flavours with a modern twist. In our Northumberland farm house kitchen, we take great pride in creating our range of award winning home-made puddings. Our dedicated team hand makes the puddings in small batches, using the finest ingredients which we source locally where possible. We bake or steam our puddings slowly to recreate that great tasting traditional texture and flavour so reminiscent of childhood memories.We supply our award winning creations to local and national quality independent deli's, food halls, farm shops, butcher shops and more.
