Established in 1977, The Properties Group Management Ltd. is a real estate investment and management firm engaged primarily in the acquisition and management of residential and commercial properties throughout central and eastern Canada. The company has overseen the acquisition, development and management of properties for such tenants as the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, LCBO, TD Canada Trust, Loeb, Loblaws, Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, Reitman's, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, The Beer Store, Citi Financial, and JP Morgan Chase. The company's portfolio is comprised of over 70 properties.
