The Proving Grounds is a facility like no other. We're a retail store, a martial arts dojo, a party facility and maybe a little bit crazy. We specialize in padded sparring weapons used for martial arts, LARP, and our own invention Melee Combat Games, Vancouver's newest adrenaline sport. Think paintball but with swords, spears, bows and arrows instead of guns. We also host party games, tournaments and contests. Basically, we're in the business of adventure.
