The Rattlesnake opened its doors in the Back Bay in 1990, occupying the small second floor and rooftop patio at 384 Boylston Street. Within three years, The Rattlesnake was so popular that the owners expanded operations to occupy the first floor, more than doubling capacity. In 2009 The Rattlesnake partnered with Chef Brian Poe to create Poe's Kitchen at The Rattlesnake. Today, Poe's Kitchen at The Rattlesnake's main dining room is open seven days a week to serve lunch, dinner and specializes in homemade margaritas. The outdoor patio is open to the public April through October, accommodating 100 people with a full bar and menu available. There is also a private function room accommodating 100 people for corporate events, birthdays, wedding receptions, etc. A recent addition to the Rattlesnake is our street level outdoor patio.
