The Absolute Best Way to achieve all of your Health and Wellness Goals! To anyone who is not already a vegetarian or a vegan, the raw vegan lifestyle seems like an absolutely impossible feat! And you know what? It is! You just simply cannot go from being a meat and cheese eater one day to a raw food vegan the next! Even if you think you are different from most people, and you think you have the will power to change over night, I actually highly recommend you don't! However, what I do recommend is that you "simply add one more apple a day" (or any other unprocessed food that you enjoy). The way I teach the raw vegan lifestyle you will not feel deprived of anything you love, not ever... I promise!! My philosophy is "Do not subtract... Add!!"
