The Resolution is an independent resource for professional Australian board directors. The site is a peer-to-peer learning platform, with resources for directors, produced by directors.Our team works with professional directors to publish resources that help board directors to think about and confront complex and controversial issues.Being a director is a difficult and ever-changing job. The role is by its very nature challenging. Yet the professional development resources that help directors are often shallow and lack practicality. Our aim is to introduce a higher quality of resources that truely help directors to resolve the complex array of issues they confront.We don't shy away from resources that are complicated or controversial. These are the challenges that are at the heart of the director role.Our authors are senior professional directors, who have experienced many of the toughest challenges of being a professional director.
