Our fearless founder, Jillian Dowling, created The Restorist Method after ten years of working with hundreds of families, professionals and businesses. Our Firm focuses on rest because sleep is not the only problem or solution when a client feels exhausted or unfocused. Addressing sleep alone does not guarantee a full, deep rest. Rather it is a process unique to each individual. That is why we work with a team of affiliates in nutrition, movement, neurology and more, ultimately restoring our client's minds and bodies to a more natural equilibrium.
