The Right Agency was created to empower creatives - models, photographers, actors, dancers, writers - anybody who needs their rights protecting in the extremely unregulated creative world. Created out of 'The Model Manifesto' by Leanne Maskell, this agency is here to solve the problems with the industry and to show how it can be done. Agencies are vital for ensuring that talent is nurtured and above all, cared for - every part of them, as a human being, instead of an object. The right agency looks after their talent as they are supposed to. They listen to them, empower them, encourage them to be a part of the process as they find and book them the work that they want to do.
