TREE develops and facilitates vibrant skill-based and socially conscious programs to give youth the tools they need to resolve conflict in healthy and independent ways. We believe, with age-appropriate content, students develop action-oriented, critical-thinking skills. We encourage development of empathetic and resilient problem-solvers to improve in their interpersonal relationships and contribute to the global community.With seasoned mentors in the education field, TREE develops and facilitates curriculum-based workshop series for a interactive learning experience for students in grades 1-6. Our post-workshop resources allow teachers and parents to further develop concepts in their classrooms and homes. Additionally, TREE offers custom programming for Waterloo Region's youth, including the Kindred Credit Union Peace Innovators Scholarship & Mentoring program. To date, TREE has conducted over 100 workshops with 500 youth. TREE is seeking facilitators who are passionate about giving youth the tools they need to resolve conflict in healthy ways.
