The Robot Whisperer provides liquid handling automation services to life scientists, from optimizing existing process steps to developing complete automated processes, mostly on Tecan, Beckman, and Agilent platforms.Our services include developing and validating methods, validating liquid handling, troubleshooting instrument problems, (re-)configuring instruments, generating intuitive user interfaces, analyzing data, standardizing and documenting processes and SOPs, and training users.We have developed processes for DNA preparation, qPCR, DNA quantitation, ELISAs, DMPK assays, and cell based assays, among others.Our clients are start-ups, academic labs, and Fortune 500 companies in biotech, diagnostics, manufacturing, R&D, and drug discovery.
