The Sales Manager provides sales training and sales support to people in small businesses who are not natural sales people; we "take the fear" out of sales We have devised four workshops that cover a number of different topics and including: Understanding the Basics of Sales – this workshop has been developed to help individuals, who are not natural sales people, learn sales techniques that they can use to help improve their business. The idea behind this is that you can learn skills that YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH and understand that selling is not a dark art and you do not have to be an "in your face salesperson" to win business. In other words, with this workshop we really take the fear out of sales! Building a Sale Pipeline – or as I like to call it "where is it going to come from?" workshop! This is designed to help understand the importance of having a regular pipeline of leads and how is the best way to manage this for you. This workshop is designed to help eradicate the "ebb and flow" of business. Presenting Yourself on the Telephone – this workshop is designed to help individuals make effective phone calls to prospective/existing customer. This can be used for cold calling, if you so wish, but IT IS NOT the sole focus. This workshop covers the objective of the call, how to get the customer talking, overcoming objections and ensuring that you achieve your objectives. Maximising Your Customer Meetings – this workshop helps anybody who, meets their customers face to face, get the most from the meeting. It teaches a structured approach which will helps you win business without your customer feeling "sold to" and you feeling uncomfortable about "selling" your product or services. I also provide a sales support service which provides telesales/telemarking, assisting in managing sales staff, help with setting and managing KPI's and well as one to one coaching.
