It started in the store known to many for having "the best hoagies on earth or any place else." The late-night love of Princeton students and locals alike, Hoagie Haven has become one of the town's most prized possessions. It was in the back of the "Haven" kitchen where Sanchez Sauce was first made. With a fresh Italian roll filled with chopped chicken cutlet, French Fries, and mozzarella sticks, the sandwich had potential, but it needed something more; a little kick. Sanchez Sauce was the answer, and The Sanchez Sandwich quickly became one of the fastest-selling hoagies at Hoagie Haven. Our customers asked for it, so we put it in a bottle for anyone to enjoy whenever and wherever their hungry heart desires.
