It measures their effort displayed in school, attitude towards activities, emotional regulation, connectedness to the school environment, and participation in the community.Through the SEPTracker, school staff are able to track wellbeing in realtime, receiving actionable notifications to support students.By utilising school data, rich qualitative notes, and quantitative data, SEP automatically generates reports that help best tell each student's story. The reports provide: • Quantitative statistics indicating student wellbeing • Statistical comparisons to peers • Individual trends and patterns across school terms • Qualitative interpretations of performance embedded in latest research • Technical breakdown based on the 5 categories that underlie wellbeing • Opportunities for continued development • Strategies for improvement★ Development of the SEP ToolThe SEP was developed to meaningfully measure and understand wellbeing with the teachers, education assistants, staff, and students at John Tonkin College Education Support Centre (JTCESC) in Mandurah, Western Australia.
