The Sequoia Dream Foundation provides scholarship grants to families in need in order to assist them in paying for their children's after school programs such as soccer, cheerleading, karate, dance and more. In addidion, we host seminars and workshops that helps to foster discipline, self-esteem, confidence, and life skills in children and adults.Mission StatementThe Sequoia Dream Foundation is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing resources and funding that aids in the social and economical development of women and children. Objectives1. Provide viable resources through the presentation of seminars and workshops that will help individuals develop a positive self-image and help them to begin working towards their life long potential. 2. To raise money and provide scholarship grants to families who demonstrate financial need in order to assist them with their children's after school programs. 3. To raise money and distribute the funds to other charitable organizations which focus on issues that teach children discipline, self-esteem, confidence, and life skills. 4. Members of Sequoia Dream Foundation are available and willing to participate hands-on, and assist other programs in their community that have a positive impact on the social needs of families.
